Responsibility
- Lead engaging group fitness classes and private training sessions for a diverse client base.
- Assess client fitness levels, set measurable goals, and track progress over time.
- Design personalized 4-12 week programs that align with client objectives and safety guidelines.
- Demonstrate correct exercise technique, scale movements, and ensure proper injury prevention.
- Foster strong client relationships, provide exceptional service, and drive client retention.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new class formats and seasonal training campaigns.
- Maintain equipment, studio cleanliness, and ensure a safe workout environment.
- Use CRM and class management tools to log sessions and client notes.
Qualification
- Certification from a recognized organization (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- 2+ years of professional fitness coaching or personal training experience.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, program design, and progressive overload.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and motivational coaching skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Capable of performing fitness assessments and using data to tailor plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
