We are seeking a motivated Fitness Growth Specialist to lead program development, grow our member base, and elevate our brand through engaging content and partnerships. This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX, with opportunities to collaborate across product, marketing, and coaching teams.
In this role, you will combine program design, community building, and data-driven marketing to deliver measurable impact and exceptional member experiences.
Responsibility
- Lead the design and execution of fitness program offerings, including live classes, on-demand content, challenges, and bootcamps.
- Build and nurture a thriving community across social channels, email, events, and in-studio activations.
- Collaborate with coaches, product teams, and brand partners to deliver compelling experiences aligned with growth goals.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and success metrics (KPI tracking, retention, LTV).
- Create and optimize marketing campaigns, content calendars, and member onboarding to drive acquisition and retention.
- Plan and host community events, workshops, and fitness challenges to boost engagement and referrals.
- Analyze program data to identify trends, report insights, and iterate on offerings for better satisfaction and outcomes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, sports science, marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years in fitness industry, growth marketing, or program management with a track record of building communities or programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to groups and stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and basic data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for fitness, safety, and inclusive experiences.
- Proficiency in using data to inform decisions; comfortable with basic analytics tools and dashboards.
