We are seeking a results-driven Fitness Studio Manager to lead daily operations, nurture a high-performing team, and ensure memorable client journeys from check-in to program progression. What you will do: oversee front desk and class scheduling, develop class formats, monitor KPIs, coach staff, manage budgets, drive client retention, and collaborate with marketing to grow studio presence.

Responsibility
- Lead daily studio operations, scheduling, and class programming to ensure optimal member experience.
- Recruit, train, and coach front-desk staff and fitness coaches; set performance expectations and conduct reviews.
- Set and monitor KPIs such as utilization, retention, average class size, and revenue per member.
- Develop and refine fitness programs, workshops, and specialty classes aligned with member goals.
- Oversee onboarding for new members, renewals, and upsell opportunities through personalized experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns, promotions, and community events.
- Manage budgets, inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships to ensure safety and quality.
Qualification
- 3+ years in fitness studio management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong coaching, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience with scheduling, CRM, POS systems, and basic data analysis.
- Knowledge of safety, first aid, and emergency procedures; fitness industry certifications (e.g., CPT, FMS) preferred.
- Sales mindset with track record of achieving retention and revenue targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, member-centric environment and manage multiple priorities.
