We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Fitness Coach who blends science-based programming with motivational coaching. As a Fitness Coach, you will design tailored programs, lead client sessions, and contribute to group classes while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and energetic training environment.
Responsibility
- Assess client fitness levels and establish personalized training plans.
- Lead one-on-one and small-group training sessions with a focus on safety and results.
- Design and progressive programming across strength, endurance, and mobility domains.
- Instruct clients on exercise technique, form, and equipment usage.
- Track progress, adjust plans, and provide motivating feedback.
- Collaborate with nutrition coaches to support holistic wellness when appropriate.
- Uphold a clean, safe gym environment and enforce safety protocols.
- Contribute to group fitness classes and engage members to grow retention.
Qualification
- Certification from NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years coaching experience in a gym or studio.
- CPR or First Aid certification is required.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Knowledge of program design, progression, regression, and scaling.
- Ability to perform fitness assessments and track progress.
- Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field preferred.
