Peak Performance Fitness is seeking a dynamic Fitness Studio Manager to lead our Austin studio. You will oversee daily operations, mentor coaches, drive member engagement, and implement programming that delivers exceptional results. As a Studio Manager, you will partner with the leadership team to ensure a best-in-class member experience, manage class schedules, maintain equipment and studio standards, and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily studio operations, including class scheduling, front-desk workflows, and member experience.
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of fitness coaches; conduct onboarding and ongoing performance evaluations.
  • Drive membership growth and retention through exceptional service, member engagement initiatives, and targeted promotions.
  • Design and implement programming that aligns with brand standards and helps members reach their goals.
  • Manage the studio budget, track financial performance, optimize retail product mix, and control inventory.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance protocols; maintain CPR/AED readiness.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to host workshops, challenges, and community outreach.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Management, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of fitness leadership, staff supervision, and scheduling experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving membership or revenue goals.
  • Certification as CPT or equivalent (ACE, NASM, ACSM) and current CPR/AED.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with gym management software, POS systems, and basic analytics.
  • Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
