Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and create personalized training plans tailored to goals and abilities.
- Lead one-on-one and small group sessions with clarity, motivation, and impeccable form.
- Monitor progress, track metrics, and adjust programs to maximize results and safety.
- Educate clients on movement patterns, technique, injury prevention, and sustainable habits.
- Foster excellent client relationships, ensuring retention, referrals, and a premium client experience.
- Collaborate with nutrition guidance within scope and coordinate with nutrition partners as needed.
- Maintain pristine gym safety, equipment standards, and adherence to studio policies.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by sharing success stories and participating in client-facing events.
Qualification
- Certification from NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent (current and valid).
- CPR/AED certified and first aid knowledge.
- Minimum 3 years of professional personal training experience in high-end environments.
- Proven ability to design programs for diverse populations and goals (weight loss, performance, rehabilitative basics).
- Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Knowledge of basic nutrition guidance and safe exercise prescription; willingness to refer to specialists as needed.
- Work authorization to legally work in the United States.
