Responsibility
- Design and deliver personalized training programs tailored to each client’s goals, abilities, and schedule.
- Conduct initial assessments, establish baseline metrics, and monitor progress with data-driven adjustments.
- Instruct correct exercise technique and ensure client safety during sessions.
- Lead one-on-one and small-group sessions with passion, energy, and professionalism.
- Track, document, and communicate results; adjust plans based on progress and feedback.
- Foster strong client relationships to drive retention, referrals, and long-term success.
- Collaborate with nutrition, recovery, and wellness teams to provide holistic support.
Qualification
- Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on coaching experience in a studio or gym environment.
- Current CPR/AED certification and safe-sound risk assessment skills.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, program design, biomechanics, and injury prevention.
- Excellent communication, motivational coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a busy schedule, multi-task, and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.
- Proactive mindset with a client-centric approach and a track record of achieving results.
- Experience with client onboarding, sales, and basic business acumen is a plus.
