PT Cipta Anugrah Biotech is seeking a skilled Formulator Staff to join our dynamic R&D team in Legok, Banten. We are a leading producer of beverages, powders, health supplements, and traditional medicines. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience formulating in the food and nutraceutical sector, with a passion for innovation, quality, and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will support product development from concept to scale-up, contribute to new flavor profiles, powder blends, and functional ingredients. You will work closely with QA, production, and regulatory teams to ensure products meet safety, quality, and shelf-life targets while aligning with customer specifications and market trends.
Key requirements include experience with ingredient selection, batch formulation, scale-up processes, and documentation such as batch records, SOPs, and specification sheets. Ability to interpret quality metrics, perform sensory evaluation, and maintain data integrity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position offers a competitive salary (IDR 5-6 million per month) and opportunities for professional growth. Immediate joining is preferred to support ongoing product launches.

Responsibility
- Develop and optimize formulations for beverages, powders, health supplements, and traditional medicines.
- Conduct ingredient selection, compatibility testing, and sensory analysis to drive product quality.
- Prepare and manage batch records, specifications, and SOPs; ensure GMP and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, and Production teams to meet safety, quality, and shelf-life targets.
- Scale-up product formulations from pilot to production, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and document changes.
- Validate stability studies and packaging compatibility to ensure long shelf-life and performance.
- Support cost optimization and supplier evaluation for ingredients without compromising quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Formulator in beverage, nutraceutical, or health supplement industries.
- Strong knowledge of GMP/HACCP, food safety regulations, and quality systems.
- Proficiency with formulation documentation, data analysis, and basic software tools for R&D.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with sensory evaluation and product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
- Willingness to join ASAP and responsibilities in Legok, Banten.
