As Growth Marketing Lead, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy and execution that drives sustainable user acquisition, activation, and retention.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy aligned with product and business goals
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experimentation to optimize funnels
- Own onboarding, activation, and lifecycle campaigns to boost activation and retention
- Build dashboards, define the metrics that matter, and report performance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ship growth features and experiments
- Identify new channels, partnerships, and referral programs to scale growth
- Lead a cross-functional growth squad and mentor junior teammates
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in marketing, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years in growth, performance marketing, or product marketing in startups or scale-ups
- Strong data fluency with SQL, spreadsheets, and analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4)
- Proven track record of running end-to-end multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI
- Experience in onboarding and activation optimization
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English; German a plus
