NovaLaunch Labs is a fast-growing startup builder focused on redefining consumer tech through data-driven experimentation. We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our cross-channel acquisition and lifecycle programs.
In this role, you’ll partner with product, design, and analytics to drive growth metrics, unlock funnel efficiency, and convert early adopters into loyal users. We offer a fast-paced environment, equity, and the opportunity to shape the company’s trajectory.
What you’ll do:
Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across paid media, email, content, and referral programs.
- Own funnel optimization from acquisition to activation and retention; design, run, and analyze experiments to lift conversions.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics; deliver weekly performance reviews with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to implement rapid AB tests and data-driven experiments.
- Manage budget planning, forecasting, and ensure alignment with ROAS and CAC targets.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale the growth marketing squad as the team grows.
- Identify partnerships and co-marketing opportunities with startups, platforms, and communities to accelerate reach.
Qualification
- 4+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, preferably in startups or fast-growth environments.
- Proven track record of driving multi-channel acquisition and funnel optimization with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and SQL/Excel.
- Experience designing and running experimentation programs (A/B tests, multivariate tests, growth loops).
- Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Experience with budget management and achieving ROAS or CAC targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
