NovaForge Labs, a fast-growing Berlin-based startup, is seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own our customer acquisition and activation efforts. You will work closely with product, design, and data science to design scalable growth experiments, optimize the funnel, and drive meaningful impact in a rapidly evolving market. Responsibility

  • Own and optimize the full growth funnel—from awareness to activation and retention—across paid, organic, email, and referral channels.
  • Design, run, and analyze growth experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) to improve CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and activation metrics.
  • Build and maintain a robust analytics framework (dashboards, KPI tracking, cohort analysis) in collaboration with product and data teams.
  • Develop and execute SEO, content, and inbound strategies to increase organic discovery and domain authority in relevant markets.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic) with strict budget discipline and clear ROI metrics.
  • Collaborate with product and design to optimize onboarding, feature adoption, and user retention initiatives.
  • Establish referral, affiliate, and partner programs to accelerate growth and community virality.
  • Mentor junior teammates and foster a data-driven growth culture in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualification

  • 3-6 years in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Product Marketing, preferably in startups or tech-enabled businesses.
  • Proven track record of driving CAC/LTV improvements and scalable user growth across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytics foundation (GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, etc.) with proficiency in SQL or data visualization tools.
  • Experience with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Convert), event tracking, and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to translate data into actionable product and marketing roadmaps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
  • English fluency required; German language skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
