NovaLaunch Labs is seeking a strategic Growth Marketing Manager to join our fast growing startup in San Francisco. You will own demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and metric driven growth initiatives that propel user acquisition and revenue. This role blends creative storytelling with rigorous experimentation, aimed at scaling our product to the next milestone.
As a core member of our growth team, you will partner with product, sales, and design to craft compelling campaigns, optimize the funnel, and measure impact with a data driven mindset. We value autonomy, mentorship, and a bias for action.
Responsibility
- Define and execute multi channel growth experiments to drive user acquisition and activation
- Own funnel optimization from awareness to retention and revenue, analyzing key metrics
- Plan and manage budget across paid search, social, and partner channels
- Collaborate with product and design to improve onboarding and activation flows
- Build reporting dashboards and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing program and compile learnings to inform go to market strategy
Qualification
- 5+ years in growth marketing or a related field within startups
- Proven track record scaling user acquisition and activation
- Strong analytics skills with experience in SQL, Excel or similar tools
- Expertise with paid media, SEO and content marketing
- Experience building and optimizing onboarding funnels
- Excellent cross functional collaboration and communication
- Self motivated, data driven, and comfortable in ambiguity
