NovaStart Labs is a fast-growing startup building the next generation of AI-powered productivity tools. We value experimentation, ownership, and collaboration. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can translate data into action, run multi-channel campaigns, and scale our user base in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will own the growth funnel from acquisition to activation and retention. You will partner with product, design, and sales to craft compelling value propositions and implement scalable growth experiments.
What you’ll do in short: drive multi-channel campaigns, optimize funnels, and mentor the team to ignite rapid and sustainable user growth.
Responsibility
- Design and execute data-driven growth campaigns across paid, organic, referral, and partnerships.
- Define funnel metrics, targets, and dashboards to optimize CAC, LTV, activation, and retention.
- Plan and run A/B tests for landing pages, onboarding flows, and messaging to accelerate activation.
- Collaborate with product, design, content, and engineering to ship scalable growth initiatives.
- Build attribution models and maintain dashboards in GA4, Mixpanel, and a BI tool.
- Manage budget, forecasts, and vendor relationships; ensure ROI and timely reporting.
- Develop growth playbooks and shareable templates to enable scalable experimentation across the company.
Qualification
- 3-5+ years in growth marketing or performance marketing within startups or fast-moving tech companies.
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and activation with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, SQL, and data storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, paid social, email, content, and referral programs.
- Familiarity with CRM and lifecycle marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, Mixpanel).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management; fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
