NovaForge Labs is a fast-growing startup redefining how data-powered products engage users. Weâre seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end funnelâfrom acquisition to activation and retentionâacross multiple channels.
You will partner with product, design, and data teams to design, run, and iterate experiments that move metrics and scale our go-to-market strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility
- Own and continuously optimize the full marketing funnelâfrom awareness to activation, onboarding, and retention.
- Plan and run multi-channel acquisition campaigns (paid, organic, email, partnerships) with a strong emphasis on ROI.
- Lead growth experiments with rigorous hypothesis-driven testing; design, implement, analyze, and iterate.
- Build scalable attribution models and dashboards (GA4, Mixpanel) to measure impact across channels.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to improve onboarding flows and conversion rates.
- Drive lifecycle marketing programs to increase activation, adoption, and churn reduction.
- Own budget planning, forecasting, and performance reviews with senior leadership.
Qualification
- 3+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or growth/product roles within startups or fast-moving tech companies.
- Proven track record of driving multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI and scalable growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, GA4, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation design, and statistical significance concepts.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bonus: experience with lifecycle marketing, email automation, and onboarding optimization.
