Job description
NovaLaunch is a fast-growing startup redefining the way teams collaborate on complex software projects. We’re seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own our user acquisition, activation, and retention strategy in Europe. You’ll craft data-forward campaigns, partner with product and design, and lead a small but mighty marketing squad through experimentation that compounds impact over time.
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will turn insights into action, build scalable growth loops, and continuously optimize the funnel from first touch to active, loyal users. If you love a fast-paced environment, value creative problem solving, and have a track record of driving measurable growth in startups, we want you on our team.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end growth campaigns across paid, organic, and partnerships to drive user acquisition and activation.
- Own funnel metrics from awareness to activation, reducing CAC and increasing LTV.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests across landing pages, onboarding flows, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to optimize retention and product-led growth initiatives.
- Build dashboards and reports to communicate impact and forecast growth to leadership.
- Manage budget, allocate spend to high-ROI channels, and optimize ROI in a fast-moving startup context.
- Identify new channels and experimental ideas to sustain scalable growth.
- Mentor junior marketers, foster a culture of experimentation, and ensure best-in-class execution.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, preferably in startups or high-growth tech.
- Hands-on experience with paid media (Meta, Google), SEO, content marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and SQL basics; strong data storytelling skills.
- Proven track record of scaling CAC-friendly channels and achieving ROAS targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with a bias toward action.
