We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own customer acquisition, activation, and retention. In this role you will partner with product, design, and sales to craft data-driven campaigns that move metrics and shape our growth flywheel. What you will do:
- Plan and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns across paid search, social, email, and partnerships to drive qualified users.
- Own growth metrics: activation, engagement, retention, and revenue; build dashboards to track progress and inform decisions.
- Lead A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize funnels from onboarding to activation.
- Collaborate with product and design to craft messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target segments.
- Build scalable marketing playbooks and automated lifecycle campaigns to drive efficiency as the product scales.
- Collaborate with our sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and positive retention signals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, test new channels, and optimize ROI with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies to fuel growth in a fast-paced startup.
- Define, measure, and optimize the growth funnel from awareness to activation and retention.
- Run structured experiments (A/B/n tests) and translate results into actionable tactics.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales to ensure consistent brand and messaging.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership on key metrics and ROI.
- Independently manage budgets, timelines, and vendor partnerships as needed.
- Champion a data-driven culture and continuous improvement across marketing efforts.
Qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on growth marketing, demand generation, or growth hacking in startups or high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of scalable campaigns with measurable ROI across multiple channels (paid search, social, email, partnerships).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and data visualization.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Self-starter with a can-do, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in ambiguity.
