VentureForge Labs is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale growth initiatives across our portfolio of startup ventures. Based in Austin, TX, you will own multi-channel acquisition, activation, and retention strategies designed to drive user growth and revenue for early-stage products.

Responsibility
- Define and execute end to end growth programs across paid, organic, email, and partnerships to drive new user acquisition and activation.
- Analyze funnel performance, establish KPIs, and run A/B tests to optimize conversion and retention.
- Collaborate with product and design to enhance onboarding and activation flows and reduce time to first value.
- Own channel budgeting, forecasting, and ROI reporting to leadership with actionable insights.
- Set up and maintain analytics stack including GA4 and Mixpanel, and run SQL queries to derive insights.
- Develop and implement SEO and content strategies to boost organic growth and branded search.
- Lead automated lifecycle campaigns and CRM workflows to improve activation, retention, and referrals.
Qualification
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience in startups or high growth environments
- Proven track record in multi channel campaigns and scalable user acquisition
- Strong analytics proficiency with GA4 or Mixpanel, SQL basics, and experimentation methodologies
- Experience with onboarding optimization and activation funnels
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Customer.io, or Mailchimp
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent practical experience
