Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, content, social, email, paid media) to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to craft messaging and value propositions that resonate with target segments.
- Create and optimize content calendars, including blog posts, landing pages, emails, and multimedia assets.
- Implement and optimize SEO and SEM strategies; monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions; run A/B tests for improvement.
- Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows to nurture leads and accelerate conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and report to stakeholders with clear metrics and recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with partners, influencers, and vendors to expand reach and credibility.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid media; proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker, or Tableau).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Pardot) and CRM systems.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities; outstanding collaboration and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Proficiency with basic HTML/CSS and design best practices is a plus.
