NovaFoundry is a high-velocity startup building scalable software for modern teams. We are looking for a data-driven Head of Growth to lead our growth engine and accelerate user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Based in San Francisco, you will shape our GTM strategy, run experiments, and partner with product, engineering, and marketing to turn insights into action.

Responsibility
- Define and execute the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Design, run, and analyze growth experiments using product analytics, SQL, and experimentation tools.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive a product-led growth strategy.
- Own funnel metrics, dashboards, and weekly reporting to leadership; present insights and recommendations.
- Lead multi-channel acquisition programs (paid, organic, partnerships, referrals) and optimize CAC/LTV.
- Build onboarding and activation flows to improve time-to-value and reduce churn.
- Build, mentor, and scale a lean growth team; recruit and develop talent.
- Influence pricing, monetization, and retention strategies through data-driven experiments.
Qualification
- 5+ years of growth, marketing, or product experience at high-growth startups or tech companies.
- Demonstrated track record of scaling user bases and revenue growth; quantifiable results.
- Strong data skills: SQL, analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel), and ability to build dashboards.
- Proficiency in running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
- Deep understanding of funnel optimization, activation, onboarding, retention, and monetization strategies.
- Experience with multi-channel acquisition (paid search, social, content, partnerships) and budget management.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication; strong written and verbal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred but not required.
