Arisamandiri Pratama is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of MIS to lead our MIS function, optimize the SAP S/4HANA environment, and drive ongoing system development. As Head of MIS, you will champion high-performance SAP operations, lead ABAP development efforts, manage system upgrades and integrations, and enforce data governance and security controls. You will partner with business leaders to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions, drive enhancements to SAP S/4HANA, and oversee project delivery from design to deployment. In addition, you will mentor a talented MIS team, manage budgets, and cultivate strong vendor relationships to ensure service quality and continuity. Responsibility
- Lead and own the MIS function, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the SAP S/4HANA landscape.
- Oversee ABAP development across modules, including ABAP OO and SAP Fiori interfaces, with a focus on code quality and performance.
- Drive system enhancements, upgrades, data migrations, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Establish and enforce data governance, security, access controls, and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions and ERP processes.
- Plan, manage, and track IT projects, budgets, and resource allocation; monitor SLAs with vendors.
- Mentor and develop the MIS team, fostering knowledge transfer and succession planning.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of MIS/ERP experience with hands-on SAP S/4HANA and ABAP development; leadership experience required.
- Strong proficiency in ABAP, ABAP OO, and SAP Fiori/UI5; solid understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
- Experience with data modeling, data migration, SAP HANA, and system optimization.
- Project management skills with history of delivering SAP-related initiatives on time and within budget; relevant certifications (PMP, SAP certifications) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, results-driven, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
