PT TRIMITRA FABRIKASI ENGINEERING is seeking a skilled IT Developer & Infrastructure professional to join our team in Cilegon, Banten. This role centers on Odoo ERP development and ongoing maintenance, helping translate manufacturing and business needs into powerful ERP solutions.
As an IT Developer & Infrastructure specialist, you will design, develop, and optimize Odoo modules, customize existing apps, and ensure seamless integration with finance, procurement, inventory, and production systems. You will also design, implement, and manage our IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, backups, monitoring, and security controls to ensure high availability and data protection.
You'll collaborate with production, finance, procurement, and engineering teams to analyze requirements, propose scalable ERP solutions, and deliver improvements with measurable impact on efficiency and accuracy. You will participate in development sprints, code reviews, and documentation to maintain quality and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Responsibility
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules to support manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and finance processes.
- Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, backups, monitoring, and security controls.
- Integrate Odoo with external systems via APIs, data migrations, and ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow.
- Analyze business requirements with cross functional teams and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures with thorough documentation.
- Monitor database performance (PostgreSQL), enforce data integrity, and oversee backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, provide training and support to end users, and contribute to release planning and quality assurance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining Odoo ERP modules and workflows.
- Strong Python development skills and expertise in PostgreSQL/SQL.
- Linux system administration experience and familiarity with virtualization or cloud environments.
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), data migrations, and ETL.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure security, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills; able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting; English is a plus.
