This contract position blends hands-on website management with frontline IT support to ensure seamless digital experiences for guests and internal teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining and updating the company websites and content management system (WordPress or similar), assisting with website deployments, backups, and uptime monitoring, and performing routine security checks. You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues on staff devices and guest-facing systems, provide responsive end-user support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement small-scale web improvements that enhance user experience. In addition, you’ll help document IT procedures, create knowledge base articles, and support DNS settings, domain management, and hosting tasks as needed.

Responsibility
- Maintain and update company websites and CMS content (WordPress or similar).
- Assist with website deployments, backups, and uptime monitoring.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on staff devices and guest-facing systems.
- Provide frontline IT and user support to colleagues across departments.
- Collaborate with design and development teams on small-scale web improvements.
- Document IT procedures, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Assist with hosting, DNS settings, and domain management as needed.
- Support technology projects and help scale IT infrastructure in a growing business.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Basic proficiency with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments; ability to diagnose common IT issues.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; customer- or user-focused mindset.
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian; comfortable collaborating in a team.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali and adapt to a dynamic hospitality setting.
