As a Web Programmer, you will build scalable web interfaces and server side components, implement responsive layouts, integrate external APIs, and optimize performance, security, and reliability. You will translate complex business requirements into clean, modular code and collaborate with cross functional teams to plan and deploy features. You will also contribute to testing, documentation, and code reviews, helping us maintain maintainable, high quality codebases.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern front end and back end technologies
- Translate business requirements into clean, scalable code and intuitive user interfaces
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, test, and deploy features
- Optimize performance, security and reliability of web applications
- Write unit tests, perform debugging, and participate in code reviews
- Stay updated with industry trends and propose improvements
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience building web applications with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and knowledge of server side languages such as PHP, Node.js, or Python
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross browser compatibility
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian
