Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions to promote beauty and make-up products on various social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to questions, comments, and requests in a professional manner.
- Prepare and execute creative content ideas for live sessions, aligning with current beauty trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and scheduling.
- Maintain a professional appearance and stay updated on the latest make-up and skincare techniques.
- Monitor live performance analytics and provide insights for improvement.
- Represent the brand positively at all times in both online and offline settings.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a live host or presenter, preferably in the beauty or make-up industry.
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for make-up, skincare, and current beauty trends.
- Good knowledge of popular social media & e-commerce live streaming tools.
- Creative, energetic, and able to think on your feet in live scenarios.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Attractive and well-groomed appearance, with confidence in applying and discussing make-up products.
- Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia fluently; English proficiency is a plus.
