You will be responsible for hosting daily live sessions, partnering with our affiliate program, and producing exciting content that drives engagement and sales. Bring your unique flair to every broadcast and help customers discover their next favorite accessory!
Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions on leading e-commerce platforms, presenting and promoting a range of fashionable bags.
- Engage, interact, and respond to customer queries in real-time during livestreams to maximize viewer participation and conversion rates.
- Prepare appealing product displays and ensure all items are showcased attractively during live sessions.
- Create daily short-form and longer-form video content highlighting products and trends.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to plan promotional campaigns and streaming schedules.
- Monitor livestream metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement of content and engagement strategies.
- Manage and grow an active community of followers and potential buyers across multiple social media channels.
- Stay updated on the latest bag trends and competitor content to maintain a cutting-edge livestream presence.
Qualification
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is an advantage).
- Experience hosting live streaming or presenting in front of a camera, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging video content and storytelling.
- Strong interest in fashion accessories, especially bags, and current market trends.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with audiences and convert engagement into sales.
- Familiarity with popular social media and livestream platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, etc.).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or during promotions.
