Responsibility

  • Lead HR and general affairs functions, including payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave administration, and benefits coordination.
  • Oversee facilities and general office management, vendor relationships, contract administration, and workplace safety compliance.
  • Partner with management to design, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with company goals and local regulations.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers, manage onboarding, and maintain accurate personnel records in the HRIS.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, tax calculations, and payroll reporting while maintaining data integrity.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports to support decision making and continuous process improvement.
  • Foster a positive employee experience by addressing inquiries, managing employee relations, and supporting performance management and development initiatives.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HRGA experience, preferably in the Indonesian market or a similar industry
  • Hands-on experience with payroll administration and Indonesian payroll tax processes
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor law and regulatory compliance
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems; experience with payroll and GA software is a plus
  • Professional fluency in Indonesian; good working level of English is a plus
