SOP Media Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Talent Manager to lead our end-to-end live streaming operations from the vibrant city of Surabaya. In this role, you will oversee planning, preparation, on-air execution, performance evaluation, and ongoing optimization of live shows that entertain, engage, and monetize a growing audience.
As Talent Manager, you will build and nurture a roster of top streaming talents, guiding their development with data-driven coaching, clear expectations, and professional discipline. You will partner with Content, Marketing, and Tech teams to design compelling show formats, promotions, and revenue initiatives that maximize viewer engagement and monetization across platforms.
Key responsibilities include end-to-end show management, talent recruitment and onboarding, schedule coordination, contract and compensation administration, and proactive advocacy for talent wellbeing and compliance with platform guidelines. You will use analytics to monitor metrics such as viewership, engagement, retention, and revenue, and you will translate insights into iterative improvements.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning, setup, broadcast execution, and post-show evaluation for live streaming programs.
- Source, recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse roster of talents; create development plans and track performance.
- Collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Technical teams to design engaging formats, schedules, and promotional campaigns that boost reach and monetization.
- Monitor key performance metrics (viewers, engagement, retention, revenue) and implement data-driven optimizations on a weekly basis.
- Establish talent guidelines, performance expectations, feedback loops, and training to maintain quality and compliance with platform rules.
- Manage talent contracts, compensation, and scheduling to ensure fairness, reliability, and timely payouts.
- Identify and develop monetization opportunities (sponsorships, branded content, fan subscriptions) and coordinate with revenue teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years in talent management, digital media, or live streaming operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple talents and tight schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong data analytics, reporting, and decision-making skills; proficient with analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management in Indonesian and English.
- Hands-on experience with live streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch) and monetization models.
- Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative with cross-functional teams.
