This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on payroll management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across the organization. You will be the partner of choice for finance and operations, driving scalable HR processes that support growth while maintaining a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction.

As our Payroll & HR Manager, you will oversee end-to-end payroll, attendance, leave management, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, and facilities support. You will ensure accurate tax withholdings, BPJS contributions, and regulatory reporting, while maintaining precise employee records and generating insightful HR metrics for leadership. A strong communicator and collaborator, you will work closely with finance to reconcile payroll, monitor budgets, and optimize HR programs for efficiency and impact.

Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee monthly multi-entity payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments across all entities.
  • Manage HRIS data integrity, payroll reporting, audits, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Administer benefits programs, attendance, leave management, recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and employee records.
  • Coordinate year-end payroll adjustments, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan/Kesehatan contributions, and tax withholdings with finance and external partners.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures; drive process improvements and scalability as the company grows.
  • Partner with facilities and admin to maintain office services, safety, and vendor management.
  • Provide leadership to the HR/payroll team, mentor staff, and foster a positive, compliant work environment.
  • Generate HR analytics and insights for management to inform decision-making and people strategy.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and HR management, preferably in multi-entity or multi-location environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, payroll regulations, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan/Kesehatan, and related compliance.
  • Proficiency with HRIS/Payroll systems and MS Office; experience with SAP/Oracle/ADP is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and data-management capabilities; able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
