Job description
NovaForge Industries is seeking an Industrial Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on our scale-up manufacturing line. You will be responsible for delivering safe, on-time production while maintaining the highest quality standards.
In this role, you will collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize line performance, reduce waste, and implement continuous improvement initiatives on the factory floor.

Responsibility
- Lead daily production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
- Monitor line performance using KPIs and drive improvements through root-cause analysis and Kaizen events.
- Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Enforce standard operating procedures and safety guidelines on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to address non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor and develop frontline supervisors and operators for skill advancement and engagement.
- Prepare production reports, analyze data, and present insights to leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in industrial production, manufacturing operations, or plant supervision.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with PLCs, MES/SAP or similar ERP systems, and data-driven decision making.
- Proven problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to safety.
