Responsibility
- Lead the design, documentation, and governance of the remote work program, policies, and guidelines to support global collaboration.
- Own onboarding and ongoing enablement for remote employees and contractors with scalable processes.
- Champion asynchronous communication practices and tooling to minimize meetings and improve throughput.
- Monitor key remote workforce metrics (time-to-productivity, engagement, attrition) and drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and Recruitment to scale remote operations across regions and time zones.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance related to remote labor and data security.
- Coordinate location-agnostic training, knowledge sharing, and a healthy remote culture across teams.
Qualification
- 3+ years in program management, operations, or HR supporting distributed or remote teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion, Asana, Jira, Google Workspace).
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Knowledge of remote work policies, labor compliance, and security best practices.
- Project management or operations certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Ability to work across time zones and partner with global teams.
