Responsibility
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and activities to ensure timely deliverables across time zones.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for remote teams.
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and contractors.
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, playbooks, and documentation.
- Track and report key performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy and visibility.
- Support tool administration (Slack, Google Workspace, Asana/Trello, CRM) and streamline workflows.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, project management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience coordinating remote teams or operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with cross-cultural collaboration.
- Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver with a customer-service mindset.
- Familiarity with HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, and documentation is a plus.
