Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive industrial relations strategy aligned with business goals and operating needs.
  • Lead negotiations and relationships with labor unions and employee representatives as applicable.
  • Provide expert guidance on discipline, investigations, grievances, and policy interpretation to internal stakeholders.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining processes applicable to the region.
  • Proven experience leading union interactions, investigations, and policy development.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret IR metrics, and present clear recommendations to executives.
