NovaPulse Media, a premier creative agency, is seeking a seasoned Influencer Marketing Lead to architect authentic partnerships and scalable social strategies for lifestyle brands. You will own influencer programs end to end, from discovery and outreach to activation and measurement, delivering compelling content and measurable ROI.
As a senior contributor, you will collaborate with brand teams, creators, and data analysts to craft campaigns that resonate with audiences while meeting business goals. This is a high-visibility role with opportunities to shape strategy and mentor a growing team of creators and coordinators.
Responsibility
- Develop and own end to end influencer marketing campaigns from concept through execution
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with top creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with brand teams to align influencer content with brand voice and campaign goals
- Negotiate deals, manage budgets, and track ROI using analytics tools
- Develop content calendars, briefs, and performance dashboards for stakeholders
- Monitor trends, optimize campaigns in real time, and conduct post campaign analyses
- Foster long term partnerships and creator advocacy for ongoing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with platform standards and brand safety guidelines
Qualification
- 3+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media campaigns
- Proven track record delivering high engagement and revenue growth through influencer programs
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and budget oversight
- Excellent project management and cross functional collaboration
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
