Job description

NovaPulse Media is seeking a data-driven Influencer Marketing Lead in Los Angeles to architect and own our creator partnerships. This hybrid role combines strategy, creator relationships, and campaign execution to accelerate brand awareness and revenue.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end influencer program—from scouting and contracting to campaign brief creation, asset review, tracking, and post-campaign analysis. You will develop channel-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X, and you will partner with Content and Paid Social teams to maximize reach and ROAS.

We’re looking for a collaborative, metrics-focused leader who can scale a thriving creator network, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure brand safety and compliance across all partnerships.

Responsibility

  • Build and manage a scalable creator network across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X with a focus on authentic, high-ROI partnerships.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned to product launches and brand goals.
  • Identify, vet, and recruit top creators; negotiate campaigns, rates, and contracts.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution from brief to asset approval, tracking, and reporting.
  • Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Content, Paid Social, and Product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand safety.
  • Monitor budgets, manage creator payments, and maintain strong partner relationships.

Qualification

  • 4+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, with a proven track record of ROI.
  • Strong network of creators across major social platforms and regions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Upfluence, CreatorIQ) or equivalent tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaigns and extract actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of FTC guidelines and disclosure requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Los Angeles.
