Job description

Lumina Social is seeking a results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer strategy across platforms. This full-time role is based in Los Angeles, with flexibility for occasional remote collaboration. You will own campaign ideation, partner sourcing, contract negotiations, and performance tracking to drive measurable growth for our brand and clients.

In this role, you'll collaborate with content creators, product teams, and clients to craft authentic storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. You will optimize briefs, deliverables, and post-campaign reports, plus develop a scalable influencer program that scales with our brand.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and execute influencer strategy aligned with brand goals and KPIs.
  • Identify, vet, negotiate with influencers, and manage partnerships.
  • Create and manage compelling campaign briefs, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and payments; monitor spend against plan.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, analytics) to produce authentic content.
  • Analyze performance metrics; prepare monthly reports; optimize for engagement and ROI.
  • Build long-term influencer relationships and ambassador programs to sustain growth.
  • Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and platform policies.

Qualification

  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management, preferably in consumer brands.
  • Strong network of influencers across key verticals (lifestyle, beauty, fashion, tech).
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage campaigns, and track budgets.
  • Proficiency with analytics and social listening tools (Meta Creator Studio, Ads Manager, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong storytelling abilities.
  • Experience with content creation, brief development, and collaborating with creators to produce on-brand content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
