You will own end to end campaigns from discovery to reporting, collaborate with creative and brand teams, and help scale our influencer partnerships to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns from concept through to post campaign analysis, ensuring alignment with brand goals and budget.
  • Identify and recruit top creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emergent platforms; negotiate terms and contracts.
  • Manage campaign calendars, deliverables, and approvals with cross functional teams including Brand, Creative, and Analytics.
  • Monitor performance using platform analytics and third party tools; optimize content and pacing to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Develop creative briefs and messaging guidelines that protect brand voice while enabling authentic creator storytelling.
  • Build and nurture lasting partnerships with influencers to foster ongoing collaborations and recurring revenue.
  • Deliver comprehensive post campaign reports with insights, ROI, and actionable recommendations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven success in influencer marketing or digital brand partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills with track record of favorable terms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with social analytics tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics) and reporting.
  • Creative thinker with ability to translate briefs into compelling campaigns; strong copywriting is a plus.
  • Project management experience and ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Familiar with compliance and disclosure guidelines across campaigns (FTC, platform rules).
