Pulsewave Media is seeking a data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships and scale authentic brand storytelling across platforms.
In this full-time role, you will design influencer campaigns, curate creator lists, negotiate terms, and manage contracts. You will collaborate with content, creative, legal, and sales teams to deliver compliant, high-impact campaigns that drive growth and measurable ROI.

Responsibility
- Develop and lead influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand goals and product launches.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Craft compelling briefs, negotiate terms, and finalize creator contracts while ensuring brand safety and disclosure compliance.
- Plan multi-channel campaigns, set KPIs, and manage day-to-day creator relationships.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop authentic, scalable content concepts.
- Track performance using analytics, optimize campaigns for ROI, and report insights to stakeholders weekly.
- Manage the influencer budget, forecasting, and vendor partnerships; ensure on-time delivery.
Qualification
- 3+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management.
- Proven track record delivering measurable ROI and scalable campaigns.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and current influencer trends.
- Experience with analytics tools and campaign reporting; ability to translate data into actionable optimizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
