NovaPulse Brands is a premium lifestyle company seeking a data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our creator partnerships and drive measurable growth across social channels. This full-time role is based in Los Angeles, CA (hybrid options available) and offers a clear path to scale ambitious campaigns with top creators.
You will translate brand storytelling into authentic influencer programs, negotiate terms, optimize budgets, and report on performance using robust analytics. Responsibility

- Lead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies aligned with product launches and brand goals. \n
- Identify and recruit top creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms; nurture ongoing partnerships. \n
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and budgets to maximize ROI and compliance. \n
- Coordinate cross-functional campaigns with creative, product, and performance marketing teams. \n
- Set KPIs, track performance, and generate actionable insights to optimize future programs. \n
- Manage influencer onboarding, payments, and relationship maintenance to sustain long-term partnerships. \n
- Ensure brand safety, disclosure compliance, and high-quality content that aligns with brand voice. \n
- Develop and maintain an influencer CRM pipeline, contracts library, and performance dashboards. \n
Qualification

- 3+ years of influencer marketing or creator partnerships experience, preferably in consumer brands. \n
- Strong network of established creators across key social platforms and a proven track record of successful campaigns. \n
- Excellent negotiation, project management, and relationship-building skills. \n
- Data-driven with ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize budgets and content strategy. \n
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, AspireIQ, Meta Ads Manager) and reporting dashboards. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. \n
- Knowledge of FTC disclosure guidelines and brand safety standards. \n
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). \n
