In this role, you will own the end-to-end influencer program—from strategy and outreach to negotiation and performance reporting. You will collaborate with product, creative, and PR teams to ensure authentic, on-brand content that resonates with audiences while delivering strong ROI.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and product launches.
- Identify, vet, and onboard high-potential creators across relevant niches.
- Negotiate scope, deliverables, budgets, and campaign timelines with creators and agencies.
- Plan multi-channel campaigns (short-form video, Instagram, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok) and track performance against KPIs.
- Collaborate with Creative and PR teams to produce authentic, on-brand content that drives engagement.
- Manage influencer contracts, approvals, and compliance with FTC guidelines.
- Analyze campaign results using analytics tools; prepare insights and optimization recommendations.
- Build long-term creator relationships and establish scalable processes for ongoing partnerships.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of influencer marketing or creator relations experience, preferably in consumer brands.
- Strong network of creators across lifestyle, beauty, tech, or wellness categories.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in social analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, Google Data Studio).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Upfluence, Grin) and contract management.
- Understanding of FTC guidelines and disclosure requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
