Job description

NovaPulse Media is seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale authentic creator partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This role leads influencer strategy, negotiates deals, and analyzes performance to optimize campaigns that move the needle for our brand portfolio.

The ideal candidate is data driven, creatively minded, and has a track record of growing creator-driven revenue through compelling, compliant, and on-brand content. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles with opportunities for remote collaboration.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with growth targets and brand voice
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with top creators and micro-influencers
  • Negotiate partnerships, contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers and agencies
  • Forecast and manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to craft campaign concepts and briefs
  • Monitor, measure, and report on influencer performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, and ROI
  • Ensure brand safety, disclosure compliance, and authenticity across all creator content

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel influencer campaigns and partnerships
  • Strong negotiation, project management, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, and analytics tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, social insights)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft clear briefs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
