We are seeking a results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our creator programs in the Los Angeles market. This role blends strategy, outreach, negotiation, and analytics to deliver authentic campaigns that resonate with audiences.
As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will own end-to-end influencer partnerships from discovery to reporting, collaborate with marketing, product, and brand teams, and help our clients achieve measurable growth through creator-driven content.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from brief to post-campaign analysis.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard top creators across relevant niches and platforms.
- Negotiate partnerships, rates, deliverables, and contracts with influencers and agencies.
- Build and manage a scalable influencer pipeline and database; maintain relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align creator content with brand campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics; optimize ROI and attribution.
- Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and brand safety standards; monitor disclosures.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships; ensure timely payments.
Qualification
- 3-5+ years in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media; agency or brand side.
- Proven track record delivering successful creator campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills; experience with influencer agreements.
- Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms (Upfluence, AspireIQ, Grin, CreatorIQ) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Studio).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong project management, organization, and deadline-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Knowledge of FTC guidelines and brand safety practices; ethical influencer marketing.
