NovaPulse Creative is seeking a data-driven, charismatic Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships and social media campaigns for premium lifestyle brands. This role blends strategy, outreach, contract negotiation, and performance analysis to drive measurable growth and authentic audience engagement.
As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will design scalable influencer programs, manage end-to-end campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across channels. You will work with a roster of creators, negotiate terms, track performance, and optimize programs based on insights.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Identify and recruit top creators aligned with brand values; manage onboarding and brief development
- Negotiate collaborations, terms, deliverables, usage rights, and compensation structures
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-phase campaigns with clear KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)
- Track performance using analytics tools; produce regular reports and data-driven recommendations
- Coordinate with content, creative, legal, and media teams to ensure on-brand execution
- Forecast budgets, manage timelines, and ensure approvals across stakeholders
- Cultivate long-term creator partnerships and ambassador programs
Qualification
- 3+ years in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships, preferably in consumer lifestyle sectors
- Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights tools, KPI dashboards)
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to brief creators and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of FTC guidelines and brand safety practices
- Proficiency with content creation basics and understanding of platform requirements
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
