NovaPulse Digital is seeking a results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships and multi-channel campaigns for top-tier brands. This role blends strategy, relationship management, and creative execution to scale social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
As a key member of the Marketing team, you will own the end-to-end influencer lifecycle—from scouting and contracting creators to negotiating budgets, briefing content, and measuring immersive impact. You will collaborate with product and brand teams to ensure authentic storytelling that resonates with audiences while driving measurable business results.
Responsibility
- Identify and recruit high-potential creators aligned with brand values
- Design and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Negotiate budgets, deliverables, and timelines with creators and partner agencies
- Develop creative briefs and content guidelines that ensure authenticity and compliance
- Oversee performance tracking, analytics, and reporting with actionable insights
- Collaborate with product, design, and PR teams to amplify launches and campaigns
- Maintain influencer relationship CRM and continually expand the creator network
Qualification
- 5+ years in influencer marketing, social media or digital marketing
- Proven track record delivering scalable influencer campaigns with measurable ROAS
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Deep knowledge of major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging formats
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Social Studio, CreatorIQ)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
