Job description

PulseWave Media is seeking a proactive and data‑driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our LA team. You will architect and execute creator partnerships that amplify brand narratives, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business results across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

In this role you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design authentic campaigns, onboard top creators, and optimize performance through testing and iteration. If you love storytelling, trend spotting, and building lasting creator relationships, this role is for you.

Responsibility

  • Develop and own end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals across multiple platforms.
  • Identify, vet, negotiate with, and onboard creators and agencies that fit brand voice and audience.
  • Manage briefs, creative directions, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-brand execution.
  • Coordinate campaigns end-to-end including contract, payments, and compliance with platform policies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and media teams to craft compelling content and messaging.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top creators to secure exclusive or long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain a robust influencer pipeline and stay ahead of trends and platform updates.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media strategy.
  • Proven track record delivering successful influencer campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities; adept at cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with influencer platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ, CreatorIQ, Google Analytics).
  • Creative mindset with ability to translate brand goals into authentic content concepts.
  • US work authorization and ability to work from Los Angeles office part-time or fully remote as approved.
