In this role you will partner with senior investment professionals to source opportunities, analyze markets, and support the full lifecycle of investments from due diligence through portfolio monitoring.

Responsibility
- Develop complex financial models including DCF, LBO, and valuation analyses to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and benchmarks.
- Assist in due diligence across financial, operational, and legal aspects of potential deals.
- Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for the investment committee.
- Monitor portfolio performance, track milestones, and produce quarterly reporting.
- Collaborate with deal teams, legal, and compliance to ensure transaction readiness.
- Support sourcing efforts by evaluating new targets and maintaining pipeline and CRM updates.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or asset management.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comps), and Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data platforms (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or equivalent) and SQL is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex analyses clearly.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong work ethic and ownership mindset.
