Join PT Entrepreneur Trust Digital as an IT Business Analyst to support our banking client in Jakarta. This contract role focuses on bridging business needs with IT solutions, ensuring projects deliver measurable value for the digital banking landscape. You will work closely with product owners, project managers, data teams and stakeholders to understand goals, capture requirements, and translate them into clear specifications that engineers can implement.
As an IT Business Analyst, you will analyze current workflows, identify gaps, and propose data driven improvements while aligning with regulatory and security standards common in banking environments. You will facilitate workshops, create process maps using BPMN and UML, and help design new features that enhance customer experience, risk controls, and operational efficiency. You will also support test planning, user acceptance testing, and assist with documentation and training materials to ensure adoption and success.

Responsibility
- Elicit, analyze and document business requirements for banking IT projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases
- Map and optimize end-to-end business processes, data flows and system interfaces
- Support test planning, UAT and defect tracking across project lifecycles
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights and performance metrics for decision making
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and maintain clear communication across cross-functional teams
- Create and maintain documentation and training materials for end users
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in information technology, management information systems or a related field
- Proven experience as a business analyst in banking or fintech environments
- Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and modeling skills using UML and BPMN
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis to interpret datasets
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Indonesian and English
- Analytical thinker with problem solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced Jakarta market and adapt to changing priorities
