Pengiklan Anonim is a growing Food & Beverage company based in Surabaya seeking an IT & Data Support specialist to safeguard our technology stack and data assets. In this role, you'll be the frontline partner for employees across the business, ensuring reliable IT services and accurate data that drive operational decisions. Based in Surabaya, this position offers an opportunity to grow with a dynamic team in Indonesia's vibrant IT and F&B ecosystem.
As an IT & Data Support professional, you will assist with day-to-day IT operations, maintain hardware and software reliability, and help translate data into actionable insights for fast-paced restaurant and supply-chain processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are secure, up-to-date, and aligned with business goals.
What you'll do: manage user accounts and access, troubleshoot incidents, maintain asset inventory, oversee backups and data integrity, support data reporting and analytics, implement security best practices, and collaborate with operations to optimize IT workflows for F&B activities. This is a hands-on role that offers room to grow in both IT and data disciplines.

Responsibility
- Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, networks, and data systems to minimize downtime.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding/offboarding, and access control.
- Monitor, triage, and resolve IT incidents; document solutions; escalate to tier II when needed.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, procurement, and lifecycle management.
- Support data collection, entry, validation, and basic reporting; assist with data quality and integrity.
- Ensure data backups, recovery testing, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, patch management, and policy compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT processes for F&B operations.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or data support roles; strong willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic network concepts.
- Familiarity with data handling, SQL basics, Excel, and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; good organizational skills.
- Fluent in Indonesian; ability to communicate in English is a plus; team-oriented and proactive.
- Knowledge of IT security fundamentals and data backup practices is advantageous.
