Responsibility

  • Assist in onboarding and managing KOLs for campaigns, including briefs and asset delivery.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, milestones, and approvals across internal teams and external partners.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics; present insights to the team.
  • Maintain KOL CRM, contact details, and contract documentation to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
  • Support influencer outreach, negotiation, and logistics including scheduling and travel arrangements where needed.
  • Aid in content localization, localization approvals, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor social channels for feedback and ensure brand voice consistency across campaigns.
  • Assist with event or shoot coordination, product seeding, and post-campaign debriefs as required.

Qualification

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and spoken English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
  • Genuine interest in influencer marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and analytics concepts.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or influencer platforms is a plus.
