Responsibility
- Perform high-quality haircuts, color services, and styling for a diverse clientele
- Lead client consultations to tailor treatments and recommendations
- Mentor junior stylists and support team in daily operations
- Maintain impeccable sanitation and safety standards
- Stay current with trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Drive retail sales and recommend take-home care

Qualification
- State-licensed cosmetologist or barber as required by state law
- Minimum 3+ years of professional hair styling experience
- Proficiency in cutting, coloring, balayage, and styling
- Ability to consult with clients and build lasting relationships
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong sanitation and safety practices
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
