As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will lead client consultations, deliver expert cuts, coloring, and styling, and mentor junior stylists. You will work in a fast paced, luxury setting with state of the art tools and premium products.

Responsibility
- Provide high end haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments to a discerning client base.
- Consult with clients to determine hair goals and craft personalized service plans.
- Maintain salon standards for sanitation, safety, and professionalism.
- Mentor junior stylists and support staff to uphold service quality and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a loyal client list through outstanding service and aftercare planning.
- Stay current with trends, techniques, and product knowledge; participate in ongoing education.
- Collaborate with colorists and salon team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with retail product recommendations and upsell premium services when appropriate.
Qualification
- Cosmetology license in good standing and eligibility to work in the United States.
- 3+ years of professional hair styling experience in a salon setting.
- Expertise in haircutting, coloring, balayage, foiling, and precision techniques.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative styling and color work.
- Excellent communication and client service skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient with salon software, appointment management, and basic business operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Commitment to high standards of sanitation and safety.
